Collected Treats
Your order is handmade and customised therefore cannot accept returns unless there is a fault with the cake. It is important you check your order on collection. It is your responsibility to transport your order safely. We do not accept liability on your order for any damage once it has left our bakery. If there are any other issues we request you contact us immediately and we can evaluate and advise accordingly. To start a return or refund process you must return the product back to us complete. A refund for any issue would be declined if the product has been consumed.
Delivered Treats
We will ensure you cake is delivered and set up to the most professional of standards and to the design agreed upon during the consultation process. There may be certain changes to the design at the time of baking and decorating but they will not be drastic. Once delivery and setup has been completed and the nominated person has been notified we cannot take liability for any damages caused.
